WRITING CLASSES

Clara is an experienced educator who has been working in the field since 2000. She is Orton-Gillingham certified, which means she has received specialized training in a highly effective method of teaching reading, spelling, and writing to individuals with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences.

In addition to her Orton-Gillingham certification, Clara is also an Early Childhood Educator with a focus on supporting the development of young children's language and literacy skills. She profoundly understands child development and is skilled at creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children.

As a homeschool mom, Clara has a unique perspective on education and a solid commitment to personalized learning. She has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing a successful homeschool program for children of all ages.

Clara is also a certified adult educator with a focus on helping adults learn new skills and knowledge. She has a talent for designing interactive learning experiences that help adults achieve their goals.

Private Tutoring Pricing

Writing Classes

Based on the IEW method (Institute for Excellence in Writing, these classes are similar in that they follow the keyword outline technique. Each class will focus on teaching students how to write effectively by breaking down the writing process into simple steps. Students will learn how to organize their thoughts and express them in a clear and concise manner.
